A Transition Concierge meets you at the home to understand your wishes and timeline. Within 24 hours you receive a written plan with scope, schedule, and transparent pricing. Need financing? Our services can be paid from the proceeds at closing.

We sort every item room by room alongside you, with no pressure. Keepsakes, valuables, and important documents are identified, photographed, and set aside, with high-value items. For trusts or probate, we can prepare a court-ready inventory or work to your attorney’s format.

Every item finds its right path: family, auction, appraisal, consignment, donation, or responsible release. You approve the plan, and we coordinate vendors and document each hand-off. Havellin never charges a percentage of what’s sold.

Your Transition Concierge manages the entire home preparation: sequencing repairs, painting, deep cleaning, staging, power washing & fresh landscaping, overseeing quality, and delivering a finished property. You approve the plan; we run the crew.

You receive a clean, market-ready home, or a reset home you continue to live in, and a complete record of everything moved, sold, donated, or released. We hand the home off seamlessly to you and, if there is a sale, to your own agent or Team Ashley & Anthony at Douglas Elliman Palm Beach.
